Custom metal bed base is our core customized product. We tailor the bed base according to client’s drawing, room layout and mattress dimension. The metal frame is welded with reinforced joint, solid and stable. Wood slats evenly distribute mattress pressure, keep air circulation under mattress, reduce mildew risk. You can customize bed height, metal tube gauge, slat material, add headboard brackets, foot caps and anti-noise pads. Flat pack packaging greatly reduces logistics cost. Our factory accepts OEM private label, custom logo and custom carton printing. Suitable for both small batch sample order and large container bulk orders.
